Cancellation policy: free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure time, online on the “Cancel a booking” page; between 24 hours and departure time, 50% of the amount paid is kept and the balance is refunded to the original payment method; after departure time or in case of no-show, the full amount is kept. If Pousse Pousse cancels the departure (minimum number of participants not reached or weather alert), another date is offered or a full refund is given. Bookings made on a partner platform (Viator, GetYourGuide…) follow the terms of that platform. Please arrive ten minutes before departure time at 6 quai Foulon.
