Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 h before departure, directly online with your booking reference and email (“Cancel a booking” page). Within 24 h, 50% of the amount is kept and the rest is refunded automatically to your card; after departure time or in case of no-show, the full amount is kept. If we cancel a departure, or in the event of a weather alert, you are offered another date or a full refund.
The tour goes ahead: the vehicles have a roof. In the event of a weather alert, the departure is rescheduled or refunded.
Yes. Children sit on board with an adult, and the pace of the ride suits them very well.
